Laura Cook worked diligently and patiently to help identify what would best meet our need, providing samples, a range of estimates, and guidance throughout the process. When the perfect remnant large enough to meet our needs came in, she was quick to notify us, and was able to secure appointments for measurements and installation within the short time frame we requested.
Workers were prompt, thoughtful and efficient.
Installation manager Michael provided a wealth of good information, as did our wonderful installer, Jose. Both listened patiently to our questions and gave clear explanations during the process. When it was discovered that the proper color of coving had not arrived on site, Jose made an extra trip from Bothell to south Seattle in order to complete the job the same day. The finished work is beautiful, perfectly fitted to the many angles and odd corners in the room. We are so grateful!"
