"We used Carpet Liquidators for new carpet in our home that we just listed for sale. They had a great selection and very reasonable prices. The installation was quick and smooth. The installers were great; they even fished a personal item out of their cleanup bags that got mixed in accidentally. I would use them again for sure."

"Laura Cook and Tyler teamed up to make our carpet purchase experience a real pleasure. They both made sure we had the right carpet, the right measurements, and a timely installation. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the scheduling for installation was very flexible. The installation was quick, efficient and on time. Again, Laura and Tyler were fantastic sales people."

"Floors look amazing. Installation was smooth and the communication with Melissa was very professional and friendly. I made a change to the order and she was very accommodating. I will definitely use their services again."

"Our goal was to replace the ancient, worn carpet in our church's child care room with something sturdy, stain-resistant, and soft -- while keeping to a tight budget, and we are thrilled with the results!
Laura Cook worked diligently and patiently to help identify what would best meet our need, providing samples, a range of estimates, and guidance throughout the process. When the perfect remnant large enough to meet our needs came in, she was quick to notify us, and was able to secure appointments for measurements and installation within the short time frame we requested.
Workers were prompt, thoughtful and efficient.
Installation manager Michael provided a wealth of good information, as did our wonderful installer, Jose. Both listened patiently to our questions and gave clear explanations during the process. When it was discovered that the proper color of coving had not arrived on site, Jose made an extra trip from Bothell to south Seattle in order to complete the job the same day. The finished work is beautiful, perfectly fitted to the many angles and odd corners in the room. We are so grateful!"

"This is our second time getting products and services from this Carpet Liquidators location. This time it was for carpet and installation as well as underlayment for hardwood flooring. Laura was fantastic to work with (via email, over the phone and in-person. The installation window happened on time and the installer was very knowledgeable. Would not only recommend but will use again if/when flooring is needed again."

"Laura Cook at your Kirkland store was very helpful and friendly!"

"When I was preparing to replace the carpet in my home, a friend recommended Carpet Liquidators—and I’m so glad they did. I was amazed by the huge in-stock selection. I was able to purchase the same quality carpet at nearly 35% less than other suppliers, and without having to wait for special orders.

Melissa provided very professional advice, which made the whole ordering process smooth and efficient. During installation, she responded quickly to my changes and helped me save a significant amount of money.

I highly recommend Carpet Liquidators—they definitely won’t disappoint!"

"Great Experience"

"I used the Shop at Home service and I was very pleased with the visit from John Ivey. He communicated clearly, was on time and was very knowledgeable. The quality of carpet that Carpet Liquidators has in stock is better than any of the other carpets I saw from other suppliers. They offered a competitive price and accommodated a quick installation date. Manolo and the rest of the install team were on time, polite and did a great job. I love my new carpet! I highly recommend this company."
