Dave is very knowledgeable about the product offerings and helped us navigate the wide range of choices we reviewed. Shortly after we purchased the carpet our construction timeline blew up but Dave was very supportive and assured us he could hold onto our carpet until we were ready. Over the course of several months we exchanged >20 emails and Dave was always quick to respond and offer guidance on questions we had about the installation process. Once construction was complete, Dave ensured the installation crew (Walner Cruz) was here in just a few days! There's many carpet stores/distributors in the Seattle area and we're very grateful that we ended up in Dave's showroom."

"I bought 3 remnants and a piece of vinyl from CL’s for a very reasonable price. One of the remnants was mis sized by a few feet as we went to install it, honest mistake. I went into the store kinda expecting “ you cut the rug, we can’t do anything attitude “ not because of past experiences here but in general customer service is sketchy there days🤣 Well, the brothers went above and beyond to offer a great solution. I really appreciate an honest business and folks that are willing to go the distance for their customers. Thanks guys, I’ll be back for all my future flooring . I also bought hardwood from them about 10 years ago that’s still beautiful ❤️❤️"

"The carpet was very good; the service was very good and so was the installation. However, I was left with an unnecessarily large remnant, meaning I had paid for too much carpet. There was nothing wrong with my original measurements or the original estimate of the amount of carpet needed. However, later the amount of carpet needed and the cost of course was increased, which left me with this large, expensive and useless remnant."

"The carpet install was great. The install guys were on time and very professional. They were ready to install before I was ready for the installation. No problem setting up a date the was easy to accommodate my schedule. The choices for carpeting were great and I found one that we loved. I have already recommended them to a friend. It fact she is having her carpet installed on Wednesday, October 1st. I would recommend Carpet Liquidators for Carpeting for sure. The pricing was a great value also."
