Q: Are you open to the public?
A: Yes, everyone is welcome.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: The first location was opened in 1988 and we currently have 6 locations serving Western Washington.

Q: What are your hours?
A: Monday thru Friday: 9am to 8pm, Saturday: 9am to 6pm, Sunday: 11am to 5pm.
Limited hours on Labor Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve & New Years Eve. We are closed on Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years. Labor Day & Memorial Day we are open 11am to 5pm.

Q: What are your pick up/will call hours?
A: Typically, they are Monday thru Saturday 9am to 5pm (No will calls on Sundays or holidays). I recommend calling your store first so your ordered can be prepared for pick up.

Q: How can Carpet Liquidators sell for less?
A: It's how we buy! We only purchase when the price is right and only ship full containers of products at a time to all six of our locations. That gives is tremendous savings which we are able to pass onto you.

Q: How much can I expect to save?
A: Up to 70% off the manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP)!

Q: How big is your selection?
A: We have the biggest in-stock inventory in Puget Sound! Lots of area rugs, carpet, laminate, hardwood & more.

Q: Do you offer installation?
A: Yes, we have been working with the same licensed, bonded and insured installers for years. Their workmanship carries a one year warranty.

Q: How fast can we get installed?
A: We are typically never more then a week out but can get you installed in as little as 48 hours.

Q: What are your pick up/will call hours?

Q: Do you special order?
A: No. We only sell what we have in our stores.

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: We offer special financing for 12 months with approved credit through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., an Equal Housing Lender.
