• No refunds or cancellation of special order products. • Unused area rugs must be returned within 48 hours of purchase. • Clean, full and undamaged boxes of wood, tile and laminate must be returned within 30 Days of sale to receive full credit. • All material must be paid in full before receiving. • A 20% restocking fee will be incurred on all unaltered products cancelled after 30 days. • If a refund is requested, a 40% restocking fee will be incurred on all products that have been altered or cut. • If a store credit is requested, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred on all products that have been altered or cut. • After 60 days, storage fees are billed at $.03 square foot per month. • No cash refunds of product held over 180 days. (refund can be used as store credit). • Before the installation or altering of merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect product for defects and verify correct style and color. |
